Depending on the method of booking, prices may differ as booking platforms such as Rbnb, natuurhuisje.nl or gites.nl charge various surcharges. The prices we use when you book directly with us are as follows:
Rentals in the high season are only per week with arrival on Saturday. In the low and mid season the minimum rental is 3 nights and the arrival day is by mutual agreement.
High season: 3 July -5 September
Mid season: 13 May -3 July, 5 September -15 October, May, autumn and Christmas holidays
Low season: other periods
On arrival the beds are made and there are towels.
Towels and tea towels are in the kitchen. Toilet paper, oil, pepper and salt, washing-up liquid are included.
For the swimming pool and sun beds we ask you to bring your own bathing towels.
The use of gas, water and electricity/wood is included in the rental price.
The code for free WiFi will be given to you upon arrival.
Cleaning is already included in the price, but will be specified on the invoice (75 euro).
A coffee cup or glass breaking in the dishes can always happen and that is not what the deposit is for. And although we assume the good of mankind, and that breakage or damage is obviously not intentional, experience unfortunately teaches us that a deposit is necessary. The deposit is 200 Euros, payable at the time of booking or in cash on arrival. If at the end of your stay the gite has been left in good condition, you will receive the deposit back on your account within 10 days.
We have to charge the tourist tax separately and it amounts to € 0,xx p.p.p.d. (still pending from tourist office).
Booking, what and when to pay?
After telephone and/or e-mail contact, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. Subsequently, the reservation becomes definitive with a down payment of 30% of the rent due.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date. If you book the gite 4 weeks before arrival, we ask you to pay the rent in one time.
Reservations are still made by e-mail. A booking form will follow later in which the availability is also indicated. To be continued. For the time being:
We assume that we will be able to welcome you, but there may of course be circumstances in which you want or have to cancel your holiday. Then it is good to know that the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.
For cancellations up to 6 weeks no fee will be charged. Cancellations from 6 weeks to 2 weeks before the arrival date, the down payment of 30% will be charged and the rest will be refunded.
For cancellations from 2 weeks to the arrival date there will be no refund. We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance.
If you cannot come due to Covid travel restriction measures set by the government, we offer you a rebooking possibility.
Arrival and departure times
We would like to welcome you personally and take the time to welcome you in a clean gite, beds made and a fresh pool. We therefore ask you to arrive after 16.00 hours. We also want to welcome guests who arrive after you and we therefore ask you to leave the gite before 10.00 hours on the day of your departure.
The cottage is completely private and you can have a holiday without too much contact with others. If you wish, you can have a non-contact key exchange and explore the cottage and the grounds on your own. We assume that we have received our vaccinations in June and will therefore not be a risk to our guests. In addition, of course, we comply with the hygiene and distance rules.
The cottage has been thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and all contact surfaces will have been disinfected. Pillows are also changed and steamed between bookings, and of course fresh, clean washed linen is provided.
